Our Project Management services involve research, reporting, archiving, and organizing data for our clients<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”5\/12″][vc_single_image image=”1678″ img_size=”2560×1400″][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”7\/12″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n We oversee task progress of various parties including internal and\/or 3rd party designers, material integrators, other departments in our clients\u2019 company, and other railroads to ensure projects are ready and installed to meet client deadlines.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”7\/12″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n We also have extensive knowledge in building and maintaining tracking, archiving, and inventory database systems for railroad customers. In the last few years, we have created and populated tracking and inventory databases for a Class I Signal Department using Filemaker Pro database program. This was a massive project that involved collecting data from the field for every piece of in-service signal equipment and populating it into a database for future record keeping and management of their department.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”5\/12″][vc_single_image image=”1331″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”5\/12″][vc_single_image image=”20″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”7\/12″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n Our project management specialists create bid packages sent to third party designers and installation contractors for bidding on railroad signaling projects. This includes creating bid letters, plans, and any other documentation required to describe all signal project requirements and parameters.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”7\/12″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n We have over 17 years of experience in processing and compiling signal department reviews of wireline applications submitted by companies to install overhead or underground utilities on railroad property. We review these applications and create a package for the signal departments with details of the installations and any possible interference with signaling equipment in the area. After an internal approval process, we submit our packages to their Signal Dept for final approval.
